Helping you connect with others facing the same struggles, so that you can feel less alone and more supported to loosen the grip of isolation and move forward with the support of a community behind you.

The Weight of Feeling Alone, Can Become Exhausting.

We are taught to suffer in silence. We keep our heads down, manage the chaos, and pretend we have it all under control. But living this way is physically exhausting. It leaves your chest tight, your mind racing, and your body locked in a state of quiet, chronic isolation.

It is the bone-deep depletion of a caregiver slowly disappearing while keeping someone else alive, running on empty and carrying a silent, suffocating guilt. It is the frustrating standoff of a gay man locked in his own head, craving deep connection but paralyzed by a nervous system trained to view desire as unsafe. It is the invisible, exhausting loneliness of a neurodivergent person spent from a lifetime of hyper-vigilantly masking, feeling like you are speaking a language no one else can hear. It is the crushing, isolated weight of a CEO holding the fate of an entire organization, forced to make high-stakes decisions in a vacuum where you can never show a single crack in your armor. It is the quiet panic of an intern therapist running on empty, holding everyone else's trauma while trying to survive a grueling system that expects you to be a flawless expert.  It is the raw, exposed vulnerability of early sobriety, trying to rebuild your life while constantly managing the cravings, the fear of slipping, and the exhausting pressure to perform a perfect recovery. You are surrounded by people, yet you feel entirely unseen, trapped behind a performance you cannot shut off.

A process group is not a classroom, a lecture, or a polite support group. It is a live, dynamic, and highly confidential container.

In this space, we do not talk about your pain; we step into it together. This is the rare place where you are allowed to let your shoulders fall and speak the raw, unfiltered truths you’ve kept hidden in the dark. By sharing the weight with a small, curated cohort of peers who actually understand your reality, the shame loses its grip. You get to witness others navigate the same internal storms, feel the visceral relief of being understood without having to translate your experience, and practice showing up with your raw, authentic self.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when we stop hiding, step out of the cold, and realize we are standing together

Community & Healing can happen with
Online Group Therapy.

How it works:

Our process groups are not drop-in support groups or open forums. They are highly structured, closed, and confidential therapeutic containers designed for deep, consistent work. To protect the safety, cohesion, and clinical depth of each cohort, we utilize a strict admissions process.

1. The Structure of the Group

  • Closed Cohorts: Once a group begins, the roster is locked. No new members are added. This ensures that the trust and intimacy built within the group remain unbroken.

  • Strictly Capped Attendance: Groups are strictly limited to 6 to 8 members (and only 3 to 4 couples for couples cohorts) to ensure everyone has the time and space to do deep, meaningful work.

  • Specialized Facilitation: Every group is run by our highly skilled associate clinicians, who specialize in the unique relational, psychological, and systemic dynamics of their specific cohorts.

2. The Admissions Process

  • The Initial Screening: Before joining any group, you will participate in a private, 15-minute virtual screening consultation with the facilitating associate clinician. This is a confidential space to discuss your goals, your struggles, and to ensure the group is the right clinical fit for you.

  • Group Placement: If the fit is aligned, you will be placed into the upcoming cohort. If a group is currently full, you will be given priority access to the waitlist for the next closed cycle.

  • Consent Paperwork: Once you are accepted into a cohort, we will send you our secure, digital intake portal. You will complete your clinical history questionnaires, sign our group confidentiality agreements (essential for protecting everyone in the room), and review our practice policies.

  • Secure Billing Setup: To ensure a seamless experience without administrative distractions during group sessions, you will receive a secure text link from IvyPay, a fully encrypted, compliant billing platform designed specifically for therapy. You will enter your card details once, and group fees will be processed automatically prior to each session or cycle.

  • The Commitment: Because the power of a process group relies on the consistent presence of its members, joining a cohort requires a commitment to attend all scheduled sessions for the duration of the cycle.
